Into the Woods

So this is where it all begins. My first venture into documenting my work as I embark on a series of projects under one unifying theme which I call "The Spirit Woods". What is "The Spirit Woods"? It is about the discovery of a magical world that exists just beyond our five senses, occasionally revealing itself to a fortunate few. The project consists of two parts - one is a series of journal entries with sketches and the other is a number of art works based on the world described in the journal using a range of media. This is going to really push my imagination and challenge me in many ways. I am very much looking forward to the journey ahead. The posts will be appearing this fall and I hope that you will drop by from time to time to join me on my adventure 'into The Spirit Woods'.
