Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year Everyone! Wishing you all the best for the year ahead!!

Although I try not to make New Year resolutions I realized that this year I really needed to make some improvements, one of which is to devote more time daily to my creative projects. I tend to be easily distracted so we shall see how this works out. However, as of day four I am doing good - haha!

So with that in mind, I am pleased to say that things are going swimmingly for “Merane”. I have finished the head and body and next is the making of her crown of sea shells-. I love getting to this part of the process. The finishing touches are always the most fun – a tweak here and a tweak there can really make a difference in the overall effect. Once the arms and head/shoulder plate are attached, she will be ready to make her debut. See you then!
