S1-128 TASSELS & TIARAS: A Winged Wonders Doll Project - June 6 – July 17 Learn how to make tassel dolls, half dolls with tassels (measuring 14″ long) as decorative wall hangings. Three different face designs are offered for painting the dolls ranging from the basic to the more sophisticated. From there, you will learn how to make a tassel using various techniques.
